I had an idea. An idea for a website that promotes small business, and products designed and made by Christians. Small business that are owned by moms, families and Christian gals.
We all have different reasons for wanting to be our own boss. Some need to create, some of us want to be able to stay home with our littles and not have to work away from them, some want to contribute to their family's budget in a small (or large) way, some want to support charities.
I have a vision of this small space here on the Internet. I would love for it to grow and be a place where we as sisters in Christ can support one another: through purchasing products, through encouraging words, through growing relationships. I would love that it become a place where people come to to find exciting new products. Or unique gifts. A place where their purchase gives back to the wider community.
I hope that Little Light Blog will become a website that embodies these three points:
- a place for for people to find products
- a place for people to promote their products
- a place for people to find community
